I used to be a bee

The passage of time makes us feel its effect. When I was younger, I always worked 80 hours a week without complaining, without worrying about the significant effects on my body. I always give 110%, it's in my nature, I want to be proud of the work accomplished, I have to move on, never lag behind and accomplish the work in front of me as quickly as possible with excellence. Despite everything, now I have to learn to be gentler with my body, to listen to the messages it sends me! Take the time to take my time, stay calm if the task to be accomplished takes more time than before! I used to be a bee!
